So, we helped them design and develop a website that customers could use to get all the info they needed before dropping them a message. To overcome their missed messages and night customers’ dilemma, we recommended our Chatbot and Automation service — Halomalo was ecstatic when they heard about this. So, we worked together to create a Chatbot for Whatsapp and Instagram that addressed all their customers’ queries and automated the responses to be stored in a Google Sheet, giving them access to a centralised customer database.
